SSB Recruitment 2016 : Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has issued Recruitment notification for 143 posts in various category as following SI (Staff Nurse), ASI( Pharmacist, Radiographer, Operation Theater Technician, Dental Technician), HC(Steward), Constables (Waiter, Tailor, Cobbler, Painter, Carpenter and Gardener), Constable (Ayah) for Female only.

Educational Qualification :
SI(Staff Nurse) for Female only :
i) 10+2 with Science or equivalent from a recognized University or Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of three years Diploma in General Nursing from an Institution recognized by the Central Government or State
Government.
iii) Must be registered with Central or State Nursing Council.
iv) Must have two years experience in a recognized Hospital.

ASI(Pharmacist) :
i) 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution of Central Government or State Government or an institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
iii) Must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948).

ASI (Radiographer) :
i) 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of two years Diploma in Radio diagnosis from an institution recognized by Central Government or State Government.
iii) Must have one year experience in Radiological department of a hospital of the Central Government or State Government or in a hospital
recognized by the Central Government or State Government.

ASI (Operation Theater Technician) :
i) 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of Diploma in Operation Theater Technician or certificate in Operation Theater Assistant cum Central Sterile supply Assistant from a recognized institution.
iii) Must have two years experience as an operation theater technician in a reputed hospital.

ASI (Dental Technician) :
i) 10+2 with Science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of two years Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course recognized by Central/State Government or Dental council of
India.
iii) Must have one year experience as a Dental Technician in a reputed hospital.

HC(Steward) :
i) Matriculation from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of Diploma or certificate in Catering Kitchen management from a reputed institute.
iii) Should have one year experience in similar job in a reputed hotel.

Constable (Ayah) for Female only :
i) Matriculation with science from a recognized Board or Institution.
ii) Should be in possession of First Aid Examination pass certificate from Red Cross Society or should be trained Dai.
iii) Should have one year experience in relevant field.

Constables (Waiter, Tailor, Cobbler, Painter, Carpenter and Gardener) :
i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board with
(a) Two years Diploma from recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade or
(b) One year certificate course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade; or
(c) Two years work experience in respective trades.

Age Limit :
SI (Staff Nurse) for female only : 21 to 30 years
ASI( Pharmacist) : 20 to 30 years
ASI (Radiographer) : 20 to 30 years
ASI (Operation Theater Technician) : 20 to 30 years
ASI (Dental Technician) : 20 to 30 years
HC(Steward) : 18 to 25 years
Constables (Waiter, Tailor, Cobbler, Painter, Carpenter and Gardener) : 18 to 23 years
Constable (Ayah) for Female only : 18 to 25 years

(Note : Age relaxation is applicable as per govt. rule for details please go through notification.)

Application Fee : The General and OBC category candidates should pay examination fee of `50/- (Rupees fifty only) in the form of IPO/Demand Draft/Banker Cheque in favour of PAO, SSB, MHA, New Delhi, payable at State Bank of India, R.K. Puram, New Delhi (Branch Code-01076). Examination fee is exempted for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen & female candidates.

How to Apply : Eligible and desirous candidates should send their application form duly filled in on the prescribed format addressed to the Assistant Director (Recruitment), Force Hqr, SSB, East Block-V, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 so as to reach on or before the last date of receipt of application. The cover containing application must be superscribed in block letters as

"APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF (NAME OF POST APPLIED)-2015”.

Selection Process :
1) PET – Physical Efficiency Test
2) PST – Physical Standard Test
3) Documentation
4) Written Examination or Assessment
5) Trade Test
6) Final Medical Examination
