Education Qualification:

• Deputy Director, Town Planning, Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service, Group A: (i) Master’s Degree in Town Planning or City Planning or Town and Country Planning or Urban Planning or Regional Planning or Environmental Planning or equivalent
  (ii) 05 years of experience.
• Assistant Director, Town Planning, Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service, Group: (i) Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Rural Engineering or Urban and Rural Engineering or Architecture or Construction Technology or Urban Planning of a University or equivalent qualification
  (ii) 05 years experience.
• Town Planner, Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service, Group A: (i) Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Rural Engineering or Urban and Rural Engineering or Architecture or Construction Technology or Urban Planning of a University or equivalent qualification
  (ii) 03 years experience.
• Assistant Town Planner, Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service, Group B: Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Rural Engineering or Urban and Rural Engineering or Architecture or Construction Technology or Urban Planning of a University or equivalent qualification..
• Law Officer, Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service, Group A: (i) Law Degree.
  (ii) 05/08 years experience.
