Education Qualification:

• Executive Engineer: Full time or Part-time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechanical & Production / Industrial & Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Power Systems / Power System & High Voltage / Electronics & Power / Power Electronics / Power Plant /Energy Civil/Civil & Structural Engineering Degree. and 05 years of experience
• Dy. Manager: (a) Degree in any discipline (b) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in personnel Management / Industrial Relation / Labour Welfare (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two year’s duration in personnel Management / Industrial Relation / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies. (c) 01 year experience.
• Manager: (a) Degree in any discipline (b) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in personnel Management / Industrial Relation / Labour Welfare (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two year’s duration in personnel Management / Industrial Relation / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism or LLB (c) 05 years experience.

Job Location: All India

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test (80 marks) for evaluation of Professional Knowledge, followed by Personal Interview (20 marks).
