- Chief Manager (Chartered Accountant): An Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 06 years experience.
- Senior Manager (Credit Officer): Graduation in any discipline and 04 years experience.
- Manager (Credit Officer): Graduation in any discipline and 02 years experience.
Age Limit: as on 01 January 2023 [SC/ST: 05 years Relaxation, OBC: 03 years Relaxation]
- Chief Manager (Chartered Accountant): 25 to 40 years.
- Senior Manager (Credit Officer): 25 to 35 years.
