• Manager – Grade B: (i) BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Tech/B.E. M.Tech/ M.E (IT/ Electronics & Communications / Software / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics/Computer Science/ Digital Banking) + MBA (Finance/Marketing/Digital Banking) or Degree in any discipline + M.Sc. (Statistics / Data Science) or MCA/M.Sc (IT) (ii) 04 years experience.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C: (i) BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Tech/B.E. M.Tech/ M.E (IT/ Electronics & Communications / Software / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics/Computer Science/ Digital Banking) + MBA (Finance/Marketing/Digital Banking) or Degree in any discipline + M.Sc. (Statistics / Data Science) or MCA/M.Sc (IT) (ii) 07 years experience.
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D: (i) BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Tech/B.E. M.Tech/ M.E (IT/ Electronics & Communications / Software / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics/Computer Science/ Digital Banking) + MBA (Finance/Marketing/Digital Banking) or Degree in any discipline + M.Sc. (Statistics / Data Science) or MCA/M.Sc (IT) (ii) 10 Years experience.

Age Limit: As on 01 May 2023, [SC/ST: 05 years Relaxation, OBC: 03 years Relaxation]

• Manager – Grade B: 25 to 35 years.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C: 28 to 40 years.
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D: 35 to 45 years.
