Educational Qualification: (NAC: National Apprenticeship Certificate)

• AC Ref.Mechanic: NAC Examination passed in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry.
• Carpenter: NAC Examination passed in Carpenter/Shipwright Wood.
• Chipper Grinder: NAC in any trade and 01 year experience as Chipper Grinder in Shipbuilding Industry.
• Composite Welder: NAC Examination passed in Welder or equivalent with 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry.
• Compressor Attendant: NAC Examination passed in Mill Wright Mechanic/MMTM) and 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry..
• Diesel Cum Motor Mechanic: NAC (Diesel Mechanic/ Motor Vehicle Mechanic/ Mechanic Diesel/ Mechanic (Marine Diesel).
• Driver: Passed 10th or Indian Army Class-I Examination and should have Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Electric Crane Operator: NAC Examination passed in Electrician and 01 year experience in MDL/Shipbuilding industry.
• Electrician: NAC Examination passed in Electrician.
• Electronic Mechanics: NAC Examination passed in Electronic Mechanic and 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry.
• Fitter: NAC Examination passed in Fitter.

• Planar Estimator (Electrical/Electronics): Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Planar Estimator (Mechanical): Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Marine Engineering.
• Planner Estimator (Civil): Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree.
• Rigger: NAC (Rigger).

• Sailmaker: ITI (Cutting & Tailoring/Cutting & Sewing) and 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry.
• Security Sepoy: Passed Class-I Examination of Indian Army or Naval or Air equivalent examination with Minimum 15 years service in Union Armed Forces and should have Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Utility Hand (Semi-Skilled): NAC Examination passed and 01 year experience in shipbuilding industry.
• Launch Engine Crew/Master II Class: Master 1st Class Certificate+03 Years Experience OR Ex-serviceman in Indian Navy with 15 years experience.
