Educational Qualification:

• Senior Consultant: Master's Degree in Social Science/ Humanity/MSW/MBA in Management from a recognized University/Institute and 15 years experience.
• Consultant Grade-II: Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute and 08-15 years of experience.
• Consultant Grade-I: Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute and 03-08 years of experience.
• Young Professionals: Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute and 01 year experience.
• Program Coordinator: Graduate and 02-03 years experience.
• Systems Analyst/Developer: Masters in Computer Science from a reputed University/College and 02-05 years experience.
• Project Consultant: Graduate in Entrepreneurship/ Business Administration/ Social Science/Science/Commerce/ Social Work, or any other related relevant discipline and 01 year experience.
