• Medical Officer: MBBS.
• Staff Nurse: GNM OR B.Sc (Nursing).
• Multipurpose Health Worker: (i) Passed 12 (Science) (ii) Paramedical Basic Training Course or Sanitary Inspector Course.

Age Limit:

• Medical Officer: Upto 70 years.
• Staff Nurse & Multipurpose Health Worker: Upto 65 years.

Fee: For Open Category Rs.300/- and For Reserved Category Rs.200/-.
