Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Superintendent (HR): BBA or Degree in any discipline or Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma/Degree in Personal Management/ Industrial Relations /Labor Law and Labor welfare)/BSW/B.A. (Social work)/B.A. (Sociology) and 05 years experience.
- Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator): Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 01 year diploma in Hindi translation from Hindi to English & vice-versa and 02 years experience.
- Assistant Superintendent (CS): Graduate with Inter Company Secretary (CS) and 02 years experience.
- Technical Assistant (Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Shipbuilding/Civil/IT): Diploma in (Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Shipbuilding/ Civil/ IT) with 02 years experience.
- Office Assistant (Clerical Staff): The candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 01 year certificate course in computer applications with 04 years experience.
- Office Assistant (Finance/IA): Degree in Commerce with 01 year certificate course in computer applications and 01 year experience.
- Painter: 10th pass and 05 years of experience.
- Vehicle Driver: 10th pass and should have heavy vehicle driving licence with badge with 05 years experience.
- Record Keeper: 10th pass with minimum 06 months certificate course in computer application and 01 year experience.
- Cook (Delhi office): 10th pass and The candidate should possess minimum 05 years of cooking experience in any industry / Public sector Undertaking / Small or Medium Industry / Hotel etc..
- Cook: 10th pass and The candidate should possess minimum 02 years of cooking experience in any industry / Public sector Undertaking / Small or Medium Industry / Hotel etc.
- Plumber: ITI in Plumber trade and The candidate should possess minimum 05 years experience in the line.
- Safety Steward: 10th pass and one year Diploma (Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety/Safety Management) and Minimum 05 years of experience in safety department of an Engineering/ Manufacturing company which should be ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified company.

Job Location: Goa, Mumbai & Delhi
