Educational Qualification:

• Dy. Terminal Manager: Graduate + 18 years experience or MBA+15 years experience.
• Duty Officer: Graduate and 12 years experience.
• Jr. Officer-Passenger: Graduate + 09 years experience OR Graduate+MBA+06 years experience.
• Jr. Officer-Technical: Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering) with LVM Driving License.
• Customer Service Executive: Graduate.
• Ramp Service Executive: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/ Production / Electronics/ Automobile) or ITI/NCVT Motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder with HMV Driving License.
• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: 10th pass and HMV Driving License.
• Handyman and Handywoman: 10th passed.
