- Research Officer: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) and 03 years experience.
- Investigator Grade-I: Post Graduate Degree (Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics / Mathematics/ Statistics/ Commerce).
- Assistant Chemist: M.Sc. (Chemistry) and 02 years experience.
- Marine Surveyor-cum-Deputy Director General (Technical): Certificate of Competency as Master of Foreign Going Ship recognized by Government of India and 05 years experience.
- Assistant Professor: Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks + NET or Ph.D..
- Medical Officer (Ayurveda): Ayurveda Degree.
