• SI (Master): 12th Pass and 2nd Class Master Certificate.
• SI (Engine Driver): 12th Pass and 1st Class Engine Driver Certificate.
• HC (Master): 10th pass and Serang Certificate.
• HC (Engine Driver): 12th Pass and 2nd Class Engine Driver Certificate.
• Constable (Crew): 10th pass and One year experience in boat below 265 HP (iii) Should know how to swim in deep water without any help.
• HC (Work Shop) Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine), Electrician, AC Technician, Electronics, Machinist, Carpenter and Plumber: 10th pass and ITI Diploma [Motor Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine), Electrician, AC Technician, Electronics, Machinist, Carpentry & Plumbing].

Age Limit: [SC/ST: 05 Years Relaxation, OBC: 03 Years Relaxation]
