Educational Qualification:

• Senior Section Engineer (Civil): Engineering Degree (Civil).
• Senior Section Engineer (Electrical): Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics).
• Station Master: Degree in any discipline.
• Commercial Supervisor: Degree in any discipline.
• Goods Train Manager: Degree in any discipline.
• Technician III (Mechanical): SSC and ITI (Fitter / Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic (Repair and Maintenance of Heavy Vehicles) /Mechanic Automobile (Advanced Diesel Engine) / Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/ Tractor Mechanic /Welder / Painter).
• Technician III (Electrical): SSC and ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Mechanic).
• ESTM-III (S&T): SSC and ITI (Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Wireman) OR HSC (Physics & Maths).
• Assistant Loco Pilot : SSC and ITI (Armature and Coil Winder / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Fitter /Heat Engine / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist / Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) / Millwright Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanic Radio & TV / Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Turner / Wireman) OR Engineering Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile).
