Educational Qualification:
- Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D: (i) CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance)/ Degree in Hindi/English with 60% marks + Post Graduate Degree/B.Sc. (Mathematics /Statistics) or B.Tech/ B.E/M.Tech/ M.E (Civil/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics) or B.Tech/ B.E (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics and Telecommunications) or MCA (ii) 10 years experience.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C: (i) B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E (IT/Electronics & Communications/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science) or BCA/ B.Sc. (Mathematics/Computer Science/ IT) or M.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) or MCA or CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance)/LLB or any Post Graduate Degree (ii) 07 years experience.
- Manager- Grade B: (i) CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or BCA/ B.Sc (IT) /B.Tech/BE (Civil/IT/ Electronics & Communications/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/Digital Banking) MBA (Finance/ Marketing/ IT/ Digital Banking) or B.Sc. Mathematics /Statistics) or Degree in any discipline or MCA (ii) 04 years experience.
