Educational Qualification:

• Officer (Finance): CA/CMA or B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA + MBA.
• Management Trainee (Boiler/Marketing/Chemical/ Mechanical/ Environment/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/Industrial Engineering/HR): BE / B. Tech (Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Fire & Safety) or Degree in any discipline + MBA or Agriculture Degree + MBA
• Officer (Secretarial): (i) Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 60% marks + MBA (ii) 10 years experience

Age Limit: As on 01 February 2025,

• Officer (Finance): 34 years.
• Management Trainee (Boiler/Marketing/Chemical/ Mechanical/ Environment/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/Industrial Engineering/HR): 27 years.
• Officer (Secretarial): 40 years.
