Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager (General): Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in any discipline or LLB or Engineering Degree or CA / CFA / CS/CWA
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Assistant Manager(IT): Engineering Degree in any discipline or Degree in any discipline + Post Graduate Degree (Computer Science/ Computer Application/IT)
- Assistant Manager (Research): A Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma of at least two years in duration is required in the fields of Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Financial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Business Economics, Agricultural Economics, Industrial Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Techniques, International Finance, Business Finance, International and Trade Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, Agri. Business Finance, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics & Informatics, Applied Statistics & Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, or Mathematics. Additionally, a one-year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from a recognised University/Institute is acceptable for those with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics.
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English subject or Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit / English / Economics / Commerce with Hindi as subject at degree level from a recognized University / Institution.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering): Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Assistant Manager (Civil Engineering): Civil Engineering Degree.
