• Head (Product, Investment & Research): (i) Graduation / Post Graduation (ii) 15 years experience.
• Zonal Head (Retail): (i) Graduate (ii) 15 years experience.
• Regional Head: (i) Graduate (ii) 12 years experience.
• Relationship Manager – Team Lead: (i) Graduate (ii) 08 years experience.
• Investment Specialist (IS): (i) PG Degree/PG Diploma (Finance / Accountancy / Business Management/ Commerce /Economics / Capital Markets /Banking/ Insurance / Actuarial Science) or CA /CFA (ii) 06 years experience.
• Investment Officer (IO): (i) PG Degree/PGDiploma (Finance / Accountancy / Business Management/ Commerce /Economics / Capital Markets /Banking/ Insurance / Actuarial Science) or CA /CFA (ii) 04 years experience.
• Project Development Manager (Business): (i) MBA/PGDM (ii) 05 years experience.
• Central Research Team (Support): (i) Degree (Commerce/Finance/Economics/ Management/Mathematics/ Statistics) (ii) 03 years experience.
