Educational Qualification:

• Deputy Manager (IT)-Application Developer: (i) B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication) with 60% marks (ii) 03 years of experience.
• Assistant Manager (HR): First-class Post-graduate degree (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) / MSW / MBA (HR) or PG Diploma (Management + HR).
• Assistant Manager (F&A): (i) B.Com (ii) CA/ICWA.
• Assistant Manager (MM): (i) First-class Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology) (ii) PG degree/PG Diploma/MBA (Material Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management).
• Assistant Manager (IT): First-class MCA / First-class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
