Age Limit: As on 31 January 2020 [SC/ST: 05 years Relaxation, OBC: 03 years Relaxation]

Relaxation in the upper age limit for Category I & II Stipendiary Trainees shall be as under:-

• a) Relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates for the post reserved for SCs/STs.
• b) Relaxation upto 3 years for OBC candidates for the post reserved for OBCs.
• c) Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 yrs. shall be admissible to persons who had ordinarily been
  domiciled in Kashmir division of the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1st day of
  January 1980 to 31st day of December, 1989. However, the upper age relaxation shall be
  applicable as Government of India orders in respect of Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and
  Ladhak.
• d) Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 Years shall be admissible to children / Family members of
  those who died in the 1984 Riots.
