Educational Qualification:
- Senior Test Pilot (FW)/ Test Pilot (FW) Grade VII: Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer in the Rank of Group Captain from the Indian Air Force or its equivalent Rank from the Indian Navy/ Coast Guard Grade VI: Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer in the Rank of 'Wing Commander' with three years or more experience in the Rank from the Indian Air force or its equivalent Rank from the Indian Navy/ Coast Guard.
- Chief Manager (Civil): B-Tech in Civil OR AMIE in Civil with 03 Years experience.
- Senior Manager (Civil): B-Tech in Civil OR AMIE in Civil with 03 Years experience.
- Deputy Manager (Civil): B-Tech in Civil OR AMIE in Civil with 03 Years experience.
- Manager (IMM): B-Tech and experience of 03 Years.
- Deputy Manager (IMM): B-Tech and experience of 03 Years.
- Engineer (IMM): B-Tech and experience of 02 Years.
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Graduate in CA/ ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India and experience of 03 Years.
- Finance Officer: Graduate in CA/ ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India and experience of 01 Years.
- Deputy Manager (HR): PG Degree/ PG Diploma/ MBA/ MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management/ Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development/ Labour Welfare and experience of 03 Years.
- Deputy Manager (Legal): LLB and experience of 03 Years.
- Deputy Manager (Marketing): Graduate/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management/ MBA OR AMIE courses in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production Engineering and Experience : 03 Years.
- Security Officer: Ten months Pre Commission Training Course from the Officers Training School OR one to one and a half years Course conducted by the Central/ State Governments qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/ Sub-Inspectors in State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security Force OR One year Training Course conducted by Central Government for those selected for the posts of Intelligence Officers in the Central Intelligence Bureau and Research and Analysis Wing and experience of 03 Years.
- Officer (Officer Language): M.Sc in Hindi, English and experience of 03 Years.
- Fire Officer:
- Part A: Graduate in Fire Engineering and experience of 02 Years. OR
- Part B: with Physics, Chemistry and Maths possessing minimum 60% Marks in the Aggregate of all the Semesters with Divisional Officers Course of minimum 22 weeks duration conducted by National Fire Service College, Nagpur/ CISF Fire Service Training Institute – National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Hyderabad and experience of 05 Years.
- Engineer (CS) (Complex Office): Ex-Servicemen/ Serving Officer from the Engineering Branch in the Ranks of Junior Warrant Officer/ Warrant Officer/ Master Warrant Officer from IAF and similar ranks from Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Coast Guard with B-Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Production and experience of 02 years.
