Educational Qualification:

• Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant: Graduate Degree and Certificate of Basic Computer Training.
• Postman & Mail Guard: 12th Class Pass and Certificate of Basic Computer Training.
• Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th Class Pass and Certificate of Basic Computer Training.

Sports Qualification:

• (i) Sportsmen who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition.
• (ii) Sportsmen who have represented their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board.
• (iii) Sportsmen who have represented the State Schools Teams in the National Sports/Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federations.
• (iv) Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

Age Limit: As on 09 December 2023, [SC/ST: 05 years Relaxation, OBC: 03 years Relaxation]

• Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman & Mail Guard: 18 to 27 years.
• Multi-Tasking Staff: 18 to 25 years.
