Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Trainee (Mines): Mining B.E/B. Tech in Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Graduate Trainee (Mechanical): Mechanical B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical or equivalent from a ecognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Graduate Trainee (Electrical): Electrical B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/Power or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Geology): Geology Post Graduate in Geology/ Applied Geology with minimum 60% marks. Graduate Trainee (Process):
- Chemical: B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Metallurgy: B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Mineral Processing: M. Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Materials):
- Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/Institute
- MBA in Materials Management/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management from a recognized university/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee(Contract Management): Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with MBA in Finance/Materials Management or minimum 2 years P G Diploma in Finance/Materials Management from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare):
- Personnel P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. Or
- P.G.Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. Or
- MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
- Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA/CMA from recognized Institute.
- Manager (Survey):
- Graduate from a recognized university/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
- Surveyor’s Certificate of competency (Unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (1 year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA) Or
- Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks along with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (1 year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA).
- For candidates from private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 9.10 lakh per annum.
Age Limit: The upper a ge l imit as on 21.03.2024 is 30 years for Graduate Trainees / Management Trainees and 35 years for the post of Manager (Survey) [SC/ST: 05 Years Relaxation, OBC: 03 Years Relaxation]
Persons with benchmark disabilities candidates:- By 10 years for General(UR)
- By 13 years for OBC(NCL)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
- Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category candidates is Service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years.
NOTE: The Upper age limit is relaxed subject to the condition that the maximum age of the applicant on the crucial date i.e. 21/03/2024 shall not exceed 53 years
Selection Process: Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview.
