- Manager (Finance): (i) MBA (Finance) or PG Diploma (Management/Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst) (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (IT): (i) BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics) or MCA (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (Architecture): (i) Degree in Architecture (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (Law): (i) Law Degree (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (Fire Services): (i) BE/B.Tech (Fire/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering) (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (Operations): (i) B.Sc. + MBA or Engineering Degree (ii) 03 years of experience.
- Manager (Commercial): (i) B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing) or Engineering Degree (ii) 03 years of experience.
