Indian Navy Recruitment 2019: Indian Navy (Bahrtiya Nausena) Invite application for 2700 posts of sailors. Online applications are invited from unmarried male candidates for enrolment as sailors for AA and SSR for 500 & 2200 vacancies respectively in the Aug 2020 batch.

• Sailor (AA): 500 Post

Age Limit: Born between 01 August 2000 and 31 July 2003 (both dates inclusive).

Education Qualification:

• 1) For AA post candidate must be qualified in 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects:- Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India.
• 2) For SSR post candidate must be qualified in 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects: – Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India.

Physical Qualification:

• Height: 157 cms
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT): 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups

Job Location :All India.

Exam Fee:

• For General and OBC Category Rs. 215/-
• For SC/ST no Fee

Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) Feb 2018 | Sailor Job in Indian Navy

Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) : The Indian Navy invites application from unmarried candidate for enrollment as Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) - February 2018 Batch.

Last Date : 04/06/2017

Age Limit : Candidates should have been born between 01 Feb 97 to 31 Jan 2001 (Both dates inclusive).

Education Qualification : Qualified in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Maths and Physics and at least one of these subjects; Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer science.

Selection Process : Candidate will be selected on performance in Written Test followed by Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.

Pay Scale : During the initial training period they will be paid Rs.5700/-PM, on completion of initial training they will be posted in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus MSP Rs.2000/- plus allowances as admissible.
